Under the Lilacs is a tale of friendship and adventure from celebrated author Louisa May Alcott.
When sisters Bab and Betty Moss decide to have a tea party one spring morning, little did they know a strange and talented dog and a bedraggled circus run-away would come into their lives. I love this book. I haven’t read it since I was a little girl (probably Bab or Betty’s age 🥹) and I forgot what a good one it is. Definitely more childish than I remember, but what does that matter?! It’s still such a good one. And the reader did quite well also. Glad someone took the time to read it ☺️. Thanks!

Not having found this book until I was just a bit "too old" for it, I didn't really appreciate it in my youth. But coming back to it as an adult, I love it! I think this wonderful narrator had something to do with that.

Very well read and so nice to have the same voice throughout!
