FUNTASTIC

As clever a story as one could wish. It is fun without being predictable. Gilbert and Sullivan could certainly have used it for a libretto. David Wales was the perfect narrator for this one.

Great Dragon

Good book. I like it how the reader changes his voice for each character. The bad part is that the knight should not act like he’s 11. He should be a grown man. Well behaved and trustworthy

Loved it😂 one of the reviewers said that the knight should have acted like a grown man…well I say that grown men who act like 11 year olds in stories like these make for the best heroes

The Perfect Story

I really enjoyed this book. It is just perfect. Concise, humorous, and it has a bit of mystery. It reminded me of David and the Phoenix by Edward Ormondroyd in its tone.

hilarious and cozy!

This story was such a joy to listen to!! It was super light hearted and upbeat, with some moments of surprising cleverness. also, very skillfully narrated :)

a fine lark

the funniest part of this edition is the author quoting the reviews. if you don't expect anything weighty you won't be disappointed. great reader.

funny and well read.

I liked it a lot, but wont give 5* because the narrator could try to read different characters with slightly different "voices".

The Dragon Of Wantley

A vile Dragon, wine loving & detestable. The Brothers' religious order, also wine loving & detestable. Humorous & rather fun....
