Very nicely done.

Author Mary Elizabeth Hall
This exciting story tells of the transformation of a horridly spoiled little princess into a lovely young lady. Beautifully read.
the Genius of George McDonald

David
Stories such as The Lost Princess, or The Wise Woman, as it is also known go very deep into the moral psyche of all humans. Greats such as C. S. Lewis and J. R. R. Tolkien saw McDonald as a major influence, not only as storytellers, but into the depth of their souls.

George MacDonald is hands down the best writer of his time and perhaps in my time. I never tire of his stories. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is due to the rough audio. It’s still absolutely worth a listen regardless. The narrators are good just need better recording equipment. I highly recommend this book. My absolute favorite story is”The Day Boy and the Night Girl which is not included in this group. Much thanks to the people who put in he time to read this book tale.
