Fitch Bandwagon
Casanova Rides Again
von
The Fitch Bandwagon was a variety program that brought comedy and music to radio audiences. Its format featured changing performers and entertainment rather than a single continuing dramatic story, offering a mix of musical numbers and comic material.
The program’s appeal lies in that variety-show blend: listeners could move from songs to humor within the same broadcast. The title “Casanova Rides Again” identifies this installment, while the series format provides the broader setting for its entertainment.
With its combination of music and comedy, The Fitch Bandwagon offers a snapshot of mid-century radio variety, where performers shared the air in a lively, mixed-bill style.
This recording is part of the Old Time Radio collection.
