Texaco Star Theater
Mountain Justice
par
Texaco Star Theater is a variety program built around comedy and musical entertainment. Its radio format brings together spoken performances and music, offering a mix of light entertainment rather than a single continuous story.
The episode title, “Mountain Justice,” suggests a dramatic or comic situation, but the program’s appeal lies in the variety-show setting: listeners can enjoy the performances as a self-contained broadcast, with the title providing a hint of its featured material.
With its blend of comedy and music, the show offers an easygoing snapshot of radio variety entertainment from the early 1940s.
