Dr. Sixgun
Trouble with Male Teacher
par
Dr. Sixgun is a Western radio drama centered on Dr. Bart McClelland, a physician who serves the people of the frontier town of Sixgun. His work brings him into contact with the dangers and hardships of life in the Old West, where medical judgment and courage can matter as much as a gun.
The program combines frontier adventure with the concerns of a small-town doctor. Stories draw on the conflicts and emergencies of Western life, while McClelland’s role as a healer gives the drama a distinctive perspective on the people caught up in them.
With its blend of Western action and human drama, Dr. Sixgun offers a different kind of frontier hero: one whose calling is to help others through trouble. This recording is identified as “Trouble with Male Teacher.”
This recording is part of the Old Time Radio collection.
