The Cisco Kid

The Meanest Man in Arizona

English · Western, Action & Adventure, Dramatic Readings

The Cisco Kid follows the adventures of Cisco, a Mexican caballero and skilled horseman, and his loyal companion, Pancho. Together they travel through the American West, encountering trouble and helping people caught in danger or injustice.

The radio series presents Western adventure as a dramatic, dialogue-led story, with Cisco and Pancho at its center. Episodes draw on familiar frontier situations—conflict, pursuit, and the struggle to set things right—while the pair’s contrasting personalities give their partnership much of its character.

Action and suspense are balanced by warmth and humor, especially in the easy rapport between the two companions. The result is an accessible, lively Western whose appeal rests on its traveling heroes, their friendship, and the promise of another adventure on the trail.
