This upload contains 5 episodes of the Old Time Radio show, Call the Police. Airing as a summer replacement for Amos and Andy in 1947, 1948, and 1949, the show dramatized police cases solved by Ashland Police Commissioner Bill Grant and his girlfriend, criminal psychologist Libby Tyler.

Each week, the show, sponsored by Lever Brothers, would present an Award of Valor and a cash prize to a real-life police officer for heroism in the line of duty. The dates, episode numbers, and titles are believed to be correct based on available information, but any corrections are welcome.

We OTR enthusiasts owe a huge debt to those who have worked tirelessly to discover, acquire, and preserve these recordings. My goal is to ensure these excellent artistic expressions of our past are preserved for this and all future generations.
