Excellent Performance!!

(5 stars)

Aside from the advertisements this was a most pleasurable experience with LibriVox. I've suffered through a number of poor, talent lacking voices with LibriVox offerings. The first version I started nearly drove me off, again! However, finding "The Master Mind of Mars (Version 2)", I found in the voice performance of Mark Nelson the pleasing experience I've become accustomed to. Thank You.

good book and great reader

(3.5 stars)

At first I thought it was going to be a repeat of the first book in the series but boy was I wrong. While I don’t personally think it’s as good as the first 3 its definitely good. The stuff ERB came up with was quite interesting and kept me thoroughly intrigued. Great read by mark Nelson as always!

Not bad. But not quite great either

(3 stars)

Nelson isn’t bad but his brilliant performance can’t quite carry this average BARSOOM story. That said it was fun if a bit confusing.

Unique
