Critiques

(5 stars)

Very well read, enjoyed it very much. One note the word “row” as in having an argument, is pronounced as the word “wow” with an “r” in place of the “w”, not as in row your boat.

Good story

That scoundrel Lanigan can't win against the great Nick Carter. At first I didn't know what to think about the reader, then I ended up really enjoying his lively performance.

RICH, DUMB WOMEN CAUSE MUCH TROUBLE

The ending was not quite what I expected, but it is not my book. Well read!

Nick Always Gets His Man

A 2 for 1 mystery in this book! Most interesting.

A Sharper's Downfall

This can be read as 2 separate stories of the New York detective Nick Carter, 13 chapters each. Both are entertaining and the reading is good.
