Chilling

The Road is brilliant, but The Stone Tape seemed a bit twee, even though it predates A Stir of Echoes, which it probably influenced. But man, The Road was really creepy and imaginative. Love the Quatermass character, especially the Quatermass and The Pit film of the mid-1960's. Hadn't realized he also adapted The Entertainer. The range of this man's talent is extraordinary.
