I have found that this is almost certainly a sermon by Dudley Rutherford, senior pastor of Shepherd of the Hills Church in Porter Ranch, California. Google him for more information. He also does a Christian radio show. From a DVD of him retelling this story, it is nearly word for word this same story. Just FYI for the likely originator of this media.
