Mark is Great

(5 stars)

Mark Nelson is such a great reader that any book he reads would be entertaining but a really good story like this is even better. Is he an actor?

A fresh breath of P.G.W.; one can take just so much Wooster. Yes, there're similarities. However, the mix of Americans (pretentious, yet not able to pull off the class institution of the British) give it the spice that made the story a delightful period fiction. The reader was well matched to the material. His characterization were spot on.

hilarious misadventures

loved the whole story... and found myself truly laughing out loud often. I couldn't find any prior books about Jimmy but it would character-wise be related and preceded by Little Nugget. The Little Nugget being actually about Nesta's family and marriage to Peter. So if you need more Ogden behaving badly; read The Little Nugget
