The Seventh day Adventist Church is not a genuine Evangelical Church, and is indeed a cult despite the many good qualities of the author Ellen White. The historical section in the beginning is correct and edifying, but the doctrinal section about the Second Coming of Christ is not correct. the strng emphasis put on the Jewish Sabbath is indeed an exaggeration and is not a question of death or life as the author suggests. I believe that keeping the Sunday as the Christian Sabbath is not at all a sin, but is acceptable in the sight of our God.

So much wrong in this work it’s ridiculous! If you make it to the second half you’ll see it. EGW has twisted scripture and peddles that a created day is the seal of God and is the final test of salvation. Galatians and Ephesians do not agree! The investigative judgement is a face saving, cultic doctrine that ends with Satan bearing the sins of the redeemed and denies Christ’s finished work on the cross. Hebrews does not agree!! Be discerning!!
