Stroke of Fate
Julius Caesar Had Wed Cleopatra, Queen of Egypt
par
Stroke of Fate presents an alternate-history premise: Julius Caesar has married Cleopatra, Queen of Egypt. The title suggests a story shaped by the consequences of that changed historical event, bringing the Roman leader and Egyptian queen together at the center of the drama.
As a radio drama, the program invites listeners to follow its imagined historical situation through spoken performance and sound. Its appeal lies in considering how a single turn in the past might alter the lives and ambitions of powerful figures.
