The Andre Kostelanetz Show brings together the orchestral sound of Andre Kostelanetz and the popular singing of Perry Como. Its appeal lies in the meeting of a polished concert-style orchestra with the relaxed, familiar voice of a leading radio vocalist.
Listeners can expect a musical broadcast centered on orchestral selections and songs, with Kostelanetz shaping the program’s elegant, accessible sound. Como’s warm, unforced delivery gives the music an intimate quality, while the orchestra adds sweep and refinement.
The result is a graceful blend of popular song and orchestral music, suited to listeners who enjoy carefully arranged melodies and a calm, sophisticated radio atmosphere.
