These books are so much fun to listen to. Even though there is a murder, most characters seem innocent and down-to-earth. The plot here is not complicated, a lust for money. Even if it's easy to guess the ending, the story is enjoyable to hear
The title does not hint at the twist in the tale.

This is a humdinger of a story. Ruthless people did horrible things. The characters were perfect. I listened from beginning to end in one go.

I loved it it was read and dramatized really well and the names and the people were explained constantly so you wouldn't get lost wondering which character was speaking.
