Poor old Professor Huxter has passed away, and his collection of treasures, collected over a long lifetime, is being auctioned off. Schoolboy Chris Wagstaff purchases an old lamp for ten cents, as a memento of the professor who had been kind to him. And, as we all know, the lamp turns out to not be an ordinary one.
