Apparently this was a radio show for teenagers, focusing on domestic situation-comedy of kidding siblings, movie star crushes, haphazard dating scenarios, and other comedies of errors. It is very similar to the Alrich Family or the radio adaptation of the Archie & Veronica crowd, except that the central character was the teenage girl "Judy Foster," apparently an America's sweetheart type in bobby sox and chocolate malk milkshakes.
