This play was excellent and Miriam Hopkins was excellent in the role of the invalid lady. It certainly kept me on the edge of my seat for an hour today and I thoroughly enjoyed all of the performances. Bring back radio!! It is much more interesting than the majority of television nowadays.

The lovely Miriam Hopkins gives a rather mannered performance. She was definitely more suited to film than radio. However, I still enjoyed this production, as the supporting cast, script changes and production values are quite good. And I am grateful to be able to listen to these rarities.
