Stanley practices in front of a mirror "Dr. Livingstone, I PRESUUUUuuume!" rolling the "R"s theatrically, Allen as "Stanley" as a pompous vain man who is fixated on getting the most memorable phrase in history just right. He pre-ejaculates the phrase to all the wrong guys thinking it was Livingstone at first, finally when he does meet up with Livingstone, African drum-beats drown out his signature phrase, he repeats it over again for effect- only to be overcome with laryngitis, thus ruining the dramatic effect he'd hoped and practiced for. Hilarious!
