Lubling, coach of the Polynesian Hadley Island's Olympic basketball team. 27:15 - After a pre-recorded commercial for Tone soap, an episode of Bob & Ray Was There examines the events of June 19, 1776 and the writing of the Declaration of Independence by Dudley Holgate.  For nit-pickers, Ray mentions that this was "a warm summer day", but summer that year seems to have officially begun June 20th, at 5:25:07 Washington Time. 32:00 - After some news headlines, Widen Your Horizons, with guest Warner D. Bogash of the Interstate Metal Products Company teaching the listener about making change.  Interesting that Widen Your Horizons had covered nearly the identical topic the day before, with Quentin L. Farber of the Volunteer's Council For Consumer Protection. 36:45 - Bob & Ray follow up on human interest items from the back pages of the newspaper.  Today they dig to the bottom of a computer foul-up, a giant cucumber, and the late arrival of a letter. 41:10 - Wally Ballou reports from Garden City, Long Island with an interview of Franklin Grubmeister, who has single-handedly dug the region's newest traffic tunnel. 43:50 - A pre-recorded commercial for the U.S. Post Office, with Orson Bean. 44:55 - Bob & Ray introduce the WOR Mystery Theatre, then say their good-nights.
